Descripción
Can only be used within the range of the caster's Twinkling Galaxy. Stops Twinkling Galaxy and change it to a more powerful version. Drops up to 2 shooting stars once every 0.5 seconds for 2.5 seconds and inflict melee physical damage to targets within a 7x7 cell range.
