Descripción
Can only be used within the range of the caster's Twinkling Galaxy. Stops Twinkling Galaxy and focuses on dropping shooting stars towards a target. Inflicts melee physical damage the the target and surrounding enemies within 5x5 cells every 0.3 seconds for 4.5 seconds.
