Descripción
Uses the star constellation to drop a shooting star once every 0.5 seconds for 3.5 seconds within an area around it. Each shooting star inflicts melee physical damage to the targets within a 5x5 cell range. Damage additionally increases according to the Sky Mastery skill level, the caster's Base Level and POW.
