Descripción
Can only be used during Midnight or Moonset effect. Emitting moonlight and inflicts melee physical damage to the target and enemies within the surrounding area. Damage additionally increases according to the Sky Mastery skill level, the caster's Base Level and POW. Inflicts more damage if the Moonset effect is active.
