Descripción

Generates an electro magnetic field around the caster, that temporarily immobilizing all enemies within a 5x5 cells range. Enemy in hovering state isn't affected by this skill. This skill continuously drains target's SP. Enemies attacked by Earth elemental attack or Quagmire will be released from this skill's effect.
